The Al-Othman & Al-Zamel General Trading & General Contracting Co. wholly owned by Mr. Yussef Issa Abdullah Al-Othman and Mr. Mohammad Abdul Samad Zamel.

The Al-Othman & Al-Zamel Co. was established and has been successful since 1977 pursuing many large scales, hi-tech transactional projects.

The Company is a private Kuwaiti based company has amassed a considerable 30 years track record specialized in many sectors of the construction industry, construction projects, renovation works, maintenance and rehabilitation, including Roads, Infrastructure, Bridges, Expressways, Buildings, Housing projects, Oil pipelines, operation & Maintenance of Sanitary treatment plants, Petrochemical

The Company has been officially registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry industry projects, Mechanical works & Industrial Plants.

The Company has the member ship of Central Tender Committee of Kuwait in its categorization and now it is in the second class of the construction projects at the Central Tenders Committee of Kuwait.

Since 1990, being one of the leading contracting and construction companies in Kuwait, Al-Othman & Al-Zamel Co. activities are focused particularly in the construction projects of Ministries of Kuwait along with providing & supplying good quality electrical & security products.

The company has a proven record of completing the contracts it undertakes well within contract period and has developed good & friendly relations with the Owners & Engineers throughout the local construction market.

The company has increased the size of the plant, equipment and its fleet of trucks to deal with the ever increasing load of project construction. In addition, the company has developed a large team of Engineers and Specialties in all aspects of the construction industry and has the ability to increase its resources as necessary in accordance with the requirements of the projects under construction.

Our list of customers includes oil companies, power plants, ministries, private sector industries, co-operatives, residential/commercial complexes…etc.

The trading division is run by highly experienced technical and commercial staff. Large storage facilities are available for the storing of materials for trading and contracting division. The complete requirement of the contract material is handled by this division in co-ordination with the contracting division, starting from inquiry, negotiations, up to the stage of receipt of material at stores. Al-Othman & Al-Zamel acts as sole agent for overseas principals for marketing and sales of their products in the Kuwaiti market. Various agency items and other electrical equipments and material are carried on stock for selling through the showrooms. Major tenders are participated for the supply of different electrical products and material for government sector. This division also caters for requirements of other local contractors on a project basis.

The Trading Divisions in all our centers follow up and participate in government “supplies” tenders. Our marketer coordinates with buyers and specifies to ensure that we are well aware - at an early stage - of the requirements and are prepared plans and schedule accordingly. We participate in tenders with Ministries such as Electricity and Water, Defense, Interior, Health, Education, Social Affair and Public Works as well as oil companies, refineries, and real estate companies.

The luminaries & other electrical products are supplied to various prestigious government and private projects in Kuwait. Large quantities of Aluminum Louver fittings were supplied to Government projects & Private contractors when the project was completed. The Light fittings & Electrical fittings are supplied to various Hospitals, Ministry of Defense projects, Housing projects, Schools, Airport, Commercial Complexes, Ministry Offices, etc.

The company has increased the number of the ware house, Sales specialists and its cargo fleet of trucks & wagons to deal with the ever increasing load of supply in market.
